Bath: Fill up tub with warm water, add up to 10 drops in 2 teaspoons of carrier oil for a therapeutic bath.
Topical use: 2 or 3 drops to 5ml-10ml of carrier oil or unscented lotion.
Diffuser: Depending on the size of diffuser, 5 to 10 drops in water.

How to use: Add a few drops of your favourite oils to a diffuser. 30 min to 2 hours will suffice.

Topical use: 2 drops in 5 ml of carrier oil for full body for adults, 1 drop in 5 ml for elderly.
